1. Please visit our office located at North Arcade–Town Center, Canubay, Oroquieta City and proceed to our CONSUMER SERVICE SECTION.
2. Fill-in and notarize the Application Form and Water Service Contract together with a photocopy of your valid ID and an ID picture.
3. In 5-10 minutes, you will be oriented with OCWD services, the extent of the Water District’s obligations, and your responsibility as consumer.
4. Pay for the following:
Inspection Fee – ₱50.00
Service Connection Fee – ₱1,700.00
Inspection and Verification:
OCWD inspector(s) will conduct an ocular inspection to the installation site to determine its distance from the districts main line for the materials and fittings needed and the estimated amount to be paid.
- All Water Meter sites should be within the area where this will be installed by the Water District per Clustering Program.
- Tapping materials/Fittings from the mainline to the Water Meter site will be shouldered by the Water District.
- Materials/Fittings and labor after the Water Meter will be shouldered by the applicant.
INSTALLATION:
Turn-around time for the actual installation of water service connection is three (3) days after its successful inspection and payment of all charges.
