Reporting for leakages in our distribution lines?

OCWD thanks you for your concern. To successfully report the leaking:

Please call our landline at 564-0705 and specify the place of leaking so that our quick response team can list it in their order of priorities.

Complaints regarding your service connection?

1. Please visit our office located at North Arcade–Town Center, Canubay, Oroquieta City and proceed to our CONSUMER SERVICE SECTION.

BUT BEFORE VISITING, CALLING OR SENDING AN EMAIL, kindly check the following first:
 
A. Check the ball valve connected to your water meter. It may be closed or half open.
B. Check your water pipes for possible inside leaking.
C. Be updated to our recent announcements and postings.

SUBSTANTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1) Water Bill of Complainant

Step by step procedure:

IV Forms/ complaints will be forwarded to the Operations Division Division Head for Eng’g & Construction checked/ arranged request forms according to priority 1-2 minutes Engineering and Construction Division  None
