The OROQUIETA CITY WATER DISTRICT, through the Corporate Approved Budget 2015 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Five Pesos and 0/100 (Php401,855.00) under two (2) lots for the construction of production well and pipe laying in Villaflor (Phase 1) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
The OROQUIETA CITY WATER DISTRICT, NOW INVITES FOR SEALED Bids from eligible Bidders the supply and delivery of well drilling materials. Bidders should have completed, within the last two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents herewith, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to 5138 and subject to Commonwealth Act 1384.
A complete set of Bidding Documents maybe purchased by interested Bidders on May 22, 2015 – June 8, 2015 from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00).
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before June 8, 2015 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who chose to attend at the address below on June 8, 2015 at 10:15 in the morning. Late bids shall not be accepted. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms in the amount stated in ITB Clause.
The OROQUIETA CITY WATER DISTRICT reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
