Blanco was appointed as member of OCWD Board of Directors on March 16, 2013. He was then reappointed in 2019 following his term expiration. Upon his renewal, he shall serve the Water District for another 6 years which will end on December 31, 2024.
Director Blanco finished his degree in BS Electrical Engineering at Cebu Institute of Technology in 1966; and in 1967, he graduated from Colegio de San Jose Recoletos with the degree, BS Mechanical Engineering.
In 1969, Dir. Blanco became a licensed Asst. Electrical Engineer and in 1971, a licensed Mechanical Engineer. Also, by 1974, he passed the Civil Service Commission – Eligibility Exam.[/vc_team][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_team title=”PBGen. PACIANO A. DELOSO” subtitle=”Vice-Chairperson” image=”4283″]Appointed to OCWD’s Board of Directors on September 5, 2022; Director Deloso shall represent the Civic Sector on matters relating to OCWD policies.
Director Deloso graduated at University of Bohol / PNPA in 1988/1990 with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminology / Bachelor of Science in Public Safety and has taken Masters in Public Administration at Medina College year 2011-2013.
In 2001, Director Deloso became the Police Chief Inspector at Police Regional Office 10 / HSS, Personnel Holding Center in a span of seven years. He became the Deputy Provincial Director for the Administration of the same Provincial Police Office year 2013-2016. He was assigned to Iligan City Police with the same position until 2021. [/vc_team][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_team title=”ANECITA C. LAGURA” subtitle=”Secretary” image=”4000″]Appointed to OCWD’s Board of Directors on January 25, 2021; Director Lagura shall represent the Women’s Sector in all policies that OCWD shall implement.
Director Lagura graduated in University of San Carlos in 1975. She successfully completed her “Policy Maker’s Seminar” held on June 14-15, 2021 by the Local Water Utilities Administration.[/vc_team][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_team title=”FLORITA B. BANQUE” subtitle=”Member” image=”4005″]Appointed to OCWD’s Board of Directors on February 28, 2021; Director Banque shall represent the interest of the Professional Sector in all matters relating to OCWD policies.
In 1970, Director Banque finished her bachelor’s degree in Education at Stella Maris College. She then pursue her Master’s Degree in Education at Misamis University of which she successfully graduated in 1988.
In February 27, 1970, Director Banque became a licensed Career Service Sub-Professional and in May 12, 1973; she became a licensed Teacher.[/vc_team][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_team title=”ALEX C. OMANDAM” subtitle=”Member” image=”4007″]Appointed to OCWD’s Board of Directors on June 02, 2021; Director Omandam shall serve the Water District as a director representing the Business Sector.
Director Omandam earned his degree in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Misamis University. He then take his Basic Electricity Course in Ozamis City Pilot School.
He successfully completed his “Policy Maker’s Seminar” held on June 14-15, 2021 by the Local Water Utilities Administration.[/vc_team][/vc_column][/vc_row]
